p77p Terms & Conditions of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and p77p ("p77p", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the p77p platform available at https://p77p.io and all associated sub-pages, features, and services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any service offered by p77p, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them;
• You are at least 21 years of age;

• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money.

To be eligible to register and use the p77p platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age;
• You must be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a p77p employee;
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement currently in force on the p77p platform;
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by local law.

p77p reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) p77p account. Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. p77p employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and any balances held may be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your National ID, your date of birth, your active mobile number registered to a Bangladeshi MFS account, and a valid email address. Providing false registration information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

p77p is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests or upon reaching certain deposit thresholds. The standard KYC process requires submission of:

• A clear photograph of your National Identity Card (NID) — front and back;
• A selfie photograph held alongside your NID;
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., confirmation of bKash or Nagad account ownership).

All documents submitted for KYC verification are handled in accordance with the p77p Privacy Policy. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Security

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

p77p processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment channels are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. p77p reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment channels without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account tier, and are displayed within the Finance / Wallet section of the platform at the time of the transaction.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

p77p does not accept deposits from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name. All deposits must originate from a payment account — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay — that matches the identity on your p77p account. Similarly, all withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. p77p reserves the right to reverse deposits made from third-party accounts and to require return of funds before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Processing Times

Deposits processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your p77p wallet within minutes of confirmation. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission for standard accounts. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, during platform maintenance windows, or where additional identity verification is required.

4.5 Fees

p77p does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial services provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges. p77p accepts no liability for fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

p77p may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged;
• Each promotion applies to one eligible account per household or shared device;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• p77p reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or amend its terms at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse or exploitation of bonus terms — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or provision of false information — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per offer) on eligible games before a withdrawal can be made. Games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each offer's terms.

All bets placed on the p77p platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product: sports betting (including cricket, racing, and kabaddi), casino games, slots, and live dealer games.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

p77p reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets will not be accepted from accounts under suspension, accounts under KYC review, or accounts where a negative balance exists. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your wallet balance.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, p77p reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. This includes — but is not limited to — erroneous odds resulting from a data feed failure and casino game malfunctions resulting in incorrect payouts. p77p's decision in such matters is final.

6.3 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

Live cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are offered subject to the live match state at the time of bet placement. p77p uses real-time data feeds to update odds. Ball-by-ball markets are suspended during dead balls and between overs. In the event of match abandonment, rain interruption, or revised target (DLS method), affected markets will be settled in accordance with official result or voided if no official result is declared.

p77p takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides the following self-management tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within the Finance / Wallet section. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and within 24 hours when increased.

• Using the platform while under the age of 21;

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or any non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or bugs for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information betting, or any form of sports manipulation;
• Colluding with other players or casino operators to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications with p77p staff or other users;
• Attempting to circumvent any technical or account restriction imposed by p77p.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, p77p reserves the right to void all associated bets and transactions, withhold any balance in the account pending investigation, report the matter to relevant authorities, and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.

All content on the p77p platform — including but not limited to the p77p brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of p77p or is used under licence from its respective rights holders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p77p platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any p77p content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any p77p content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the p77p platform;
• Use the p77p brand, logo, or trademarks in any commercial or promotional context without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of p77p intellectual property will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p77p, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of the p77p platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from gambling outcomes;
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunity;
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials;
• Actions taken by p77p in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or bet voiding.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit p77p's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

p77p collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://p77p.io/privacy-policy. By using the p77p platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by p77p — including your name, date of birth, contact details, National ID information, and transaction records — is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of p77p services. p77p does not sell personal data to third parties.

All personal data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. p77p implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

p77p reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address on file and by displaying a prominent notice on the p77p platform for a period of no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the p77p platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance before the effective date.
